After a round of drinks at TMSK in Xintiandi, we were going to call it a night but then walked by the club "Brown Sugar".

We wouldn't have thought twice about it, except that the students in our class mentioned it as part of the learning activity. (I broke the class into groups and they each had to start a business whereby they booked musicians to play at gigs around the world - and then they had to create the structure in a Workday tenant. This is not my idea, but it is fun. The group local to Shanghai named their company "Brown Sugar", so of course we had to check it out!)

And the band was pretty good. I'm having trouble with you tube and my videos are not uploading for some reason, or you would have had a sample of the band.
