The newest attraction on the Avenue of the Stars is McDull, the first animated character to receive the honor. It's extremely hard to get a picture of just the statue.

McDull (麥兜) is a cartoon pig character, distinguished by a birthmark on his right eye, was created in Hong Kong by Alice Mak and Brian Tse.  He has a heart of gold, but he isn't very smart and ordinary in every way; nevertheless, he has many dreams. However, every time he tries, he fails; he is disappointed, but tries again, exploring other dreams. In this way he creates his own colourful world. He lives his life simply and naturally. He is not perfect, but his attitude towards life, namely of never giving up, makes him a popular character.

McDull's theme song is "Turkish Rondo" by Mozart set with Cantonese lyrics. Here are the notes if you care to whistle a tune.

So I got quite curious as to what this cartoon really consisted of, so did a major search and decided...I just don't get it. Judge for yourself.
